1. Sample preparation

2. Measurement steps

Accurately weigh three processed samples, each weighing 2.00 grams, into a pretreatment bottle with a minimum volume of 50 ml, rinse the samples on the bottle wall with distilled water, and at the bottom, add distilled water to the mark. Take another pretreated 50ml volumetric flask, add distilled water to the blank test balance, soak the four volumetric flasks in a hot water bath at (98±1)℃ for 5min to half of the neck of the bottle, and recover within 5min to (98±1)°C. Then cap the bottle, keep it warm for 1 hour, take out the volumetric flask, open the bottle stopper, immerse it in a cold water bath to half the neck, cool to room temperature, adjust to the mark with distilled water, then cap the bottle, shake well and let stand for 5 minutes to make the sample The particles settled and the supernatant was obtained.

Transfer 25 mL of supernatant from three volumetric flasks to three conical flasks, add 2 drops of 0.25% methyl red solution to each flask, titrate with 0.01N hydrochloric acid standard solution to a reddish color, and record the 0.01N hydrochloric acid standard solution respectively.
